On the Personal Side
I have developed a varied exercise routine for myself, including: yoga, walking, running, aerobics, light weight training and belly dancing.  I believe good health is not only physical but spiritual as well.  I practice daily devotions and meditations as well as, participating in Bible studies, women's events and attending Parkcrest Christian church with my family.  My other interests and hobbies include: reading, scrapbooking, healthy cooking and organic gardening.
