Nutrition Counseling Services: In homes (or my office)
- Counseling for all medically indicated diet prescriptions.
- Type 2 Diabetes diet counseling, carbohydrate counting, blood sugar pattern management through diet.
- Pre-Diabetes nutrition management which has been shown to reduce the incidence of and progression to Type 2 Diabetes.
- Weight control, lipid lowering, blood pressure reduction.
- Non-diet and intuitive eating approaches for people with a history of failed dieting experiences. Re-establish a safe relationship with food. Learn to eat all foods in all settings.
- Dysphagia and modified texture diets and transitional feeding from non-oral routes.
- Cancer, failure to thrive, undesired weight loss.
- Food allergy and sensitivity diet planning.
- Gastric bypass and lap band evaluations and counseling, pre/post procedure.
Home Health Care/ Hospice
- Nutrition care services including initial and follow up assessments, meeting attendance if needed.
- On time paperwork submissions and communication with agency staff.
- All inclusive rates including assessment forms, client education handouts, and travel.
- Nutrition inservice to staff.
- Monthly billing.
Group Home Consultations:
- Menu consultation, preparation and approval.
- Recipe consultation, preparation or book recommendations.
- Nutrition assessment of clients, one time or ongoing.
- Staff education.
Menu Planning
Menu review and writing services are available for a variety of healthcare and non-health-care settings. These may include modified diets, diets for specific populations and community-based programs.

Suzanne is a registered dietitian with over 24 years of experience
helping individuals improve their health through lifestyle changes and
better eating habits. She has a passion for helping clients overcome
the health problems associated with adverse food reactions and she is
especially skilled at offering practical food and lifestyle suggestions.
