Insurance
My Diet by Design requires client payment in full at the time of the visit. A super bill will be provided for clients to send to their own insurance for reimbursement.
Suzanne apologizes for this inconvenience - however, previous experience with insurers paying very small percentages of these claims has led to the necessity of this policy. Clients are more satisfied knowing what to expect at the time of their initial appointment.
